missing fate stones in the lucky iron chests

well we are supposed to receive 3 fate stones from those chests that we get when we are helped by a lucky star but...I don't get them. Is it a bug for which i should send a ticket?or it happens to you too?

you only get 1 of the listed rewards, fatestones, whips, soul crystal etc. Not all like in the 500pts, 1000pts etc boxes.
