All the extra mounts!

It will be good if you can come out with something for all those extra mounts that we have. Its taking space and it has no use for anything.
How about create a exchange event like last time u did the bloody/heal/brutal exchange for runestone events.
I have 13 mounts seating and wasting space. those are all money and yet cant do anything for it.

in many other threads it was said... play smart, cash smart. IF you cash more than needed, for extra rewards or not, that is your own risk you are taking when u get another mount u dont need, or for that matter anything you dont need and get more. Non cashers or light -medium even cashers were heart broken as well to sell200+ decors and now with this event same problem with the new 25 balen event item. Stop complaining for such things, we have no ah, just deal with it.

but then you are kind of making it clear that non paying players cannot obtain extra inventory space. i dont care about skill or talent resets but please do something about the inventory. how do you expect a non paying player to open inventory space. i agree 3 pages of inventory are not needed if you manage stuff well. but even the 2nd page is kind of impossible to open. the initial balens provided to players on new server events help to open max upto 2 rows of 2nd page including the balens obtained from map clearing bonuses. that is ok for low level players but what about when they are higher levels? i would like some sort of suggestion or guide on this issue if possible as i have been wanting to try a new class for a while now but the circumstances has made it kinda impossible. thank you

I have same issuce with extra Runes and Mount Cards.

Also, just an FYI, I find the argument about China's cost of living and reduced cost to play an invalid point. I don't live in America, so I don't pay in US dollars, I'm therefore charged an extra 10% on everything I do due to our currency being devalued. R2 provide an Oceanic server for me to play on to match my timezone, but that's pretty much it.

So, can I get a discount please?

Thanks, really appreciate the answer, was holding off buying inventory space until it was confirmed. Guess I'll have to bite the bullet and buy since I've got no choice. Guild vault and inventory both full.

This is a great suggestion. The best place for this would be in the Suggestions & Feedback section of the forums, where other players can comment and support it. With ample support, we will happily make sure the suggestion is forwarded on.

It was originally suppose to be here on something like 1.6 ver. than suppose to be in 2.0 ver. just like how Wilds were suppose to be removed when Gold Rush is introduced... but it isn't.

We don't need threads to convince people to stop cashing, we just need to see what happen when we ask something legit about can something be done about the extra mounts cards and their responses. Their response was take your cash and go elsewhere to play if you don't like. Its like slapping you after you spent that much and telling you what can you do about it. That's how it seems.

Not all are bad some are really helpful though but some really way over sarcastic.
AS IF we don't know about mount card can be sold for a 1000. Damn i hate being taken for a retard.
Anyway I have submitted a ticket no need for this flaming. Even if they don't implement its okay just don't take your customer as fools.

Wow, this thread is a hot mess!

I certainly hope this kind of attitude towards PAYING customers isn't a reflection on how the staff in general and R2 as a company see us. Some of us sink a ton of money into this game, to be rewarded with 'like it or lump it' attitudes. I can only imagine how quickly staff at a real company would be moved on if speaking to customers like this. It's also discouraging to see staff have plenty of time to make fun of us and belittle us, but no time to answer legitimate questions, leaving many many threads ignored without 1 reply from staff. I understand a lot of us are complainers and most of the time we come here to vent our frustrations and concerns, however I feel that the money I've spent on this game (VIP9+) entitles me to question the service I receive or to query my continued value for money.

From my perspective, R2 has a policy of burn and churn, squeeze every bit of cash you can out of someone as quick as humanly possible, then recycle them and make space for new suckers.

This may not be reality, but from my perspective during my time in the game, this is my experience. Launch more servers, don't merge the old ones (hoping people will hop and spend money all over again), continually increase prices while decreasing product (voucher vs. bound balen joke) all the while, treating paying customers like a joke. Don't think we're all stupid enough to not see the tactics to burn us for more cash, because the majority of times these tactics are blatant and greedy.

I obviously don't mind spending the money, on something I perceive to be of value.

I'll be thinking hard about where to throw my excess cash from now on, preferably to someone who appreciates my business and sees me as a valuable customer, rather than a disposable ATM machine.
