max points at this time barring the level 80 level cap which i'm not sure exists at this point the math would be correct. 1 skill point every 2 levels 80lvls/2 = 40 skill points.

Check your Astral page, The last Astral slot must be at 80

I don't know, usually with these types of games, there's some sort of public ranking system... But I can't seem to find anything that describes anything but battle rating :/

No one has reached it yet, and sorry I cant confirm the 40 skill points, besides where'd you get that information?

And another question - what is the "Talent" tab for? Is there another tier of skills that is supposed to be unlocked after a certain level?
