Iris skill - Master of water

I want to ask those who have the Master of Water skill (Acheron Wave has a chance to bind target for a round) how often does it proc? Is it worth the balen investment?

Definitely seems higher or just a luck/bad luck type thing, my arena team battled another team ~5 or so times and every time one archer did his iris delphic it would proc on me stopping my apollo delphic.

The pro rate to me is pretty high. I usually get proc'd at least once every so often. It's probably 10% but it seems higher.
