Healing rune

I wonder if the server 401 azure creek has no healing rune in mystery shop? ballens I spent many and yet I never found any, while in others it serves there.

healing and bleed runes can only be obtained from Tank Trial VICTORY Chest, it have around 5% chance of dropping.
