These things happen on every server and many tickets already been filed against it. So far haven't really seen anything done against it except for a temporary ban once

IP is not enough. I travel between cities and IP would keep changing. I will be on different networks. That doesn't mean I am sharing my account.
I don't event need to change cities to change IP.

Even "admitting" it in chat doesn't prove a thing. You need better evidence than that.
