          You can compare it

          Like lv.5->lv.6 fate = 350 exp = 1 level = 100 attack, 1000 HP

          1 fate = 1 exp = 350 fate needed

          And lv.30->lv.31 mount = 1000 exp = 5 stat = 20 attack, etc
          +/- Blessing = 20~100 mount whips needed

          If all blessing, than 60 mount whip = 60 attack, 350 mount whip = 300 attack
          If no blessing, than 300 mount whip = 60 attack, 350 mount whip = 60 attack
          (+/- more exp needed per lvl up)

          so average is 180 attack out of 350 mount whips
          compared to 100 attack out of 350 fate stone

          Now do the above for whatever level/stat your mount training is at, compared to whatever level your fate is at.

          Than you can see which one benefits you the most to get.

          Tho I am still hoping for a mount...

            Right now for me:

            1600 exp for int and 1400 for stamina @ stables, i wont calculate how much would be needed to match 1k/100 hp/matt from FS leveling 5 to 6 but my guess its
            a good chunk of whips even with a generous amount of blessings, basically the higher the stables exp requires the more FS reward is better.

                    It's not about the stats you gain from mount whips, it's the next mount whip event (and possibly better event, which might even include mahra again).
                    So ergo, since 60 fate stones nowadays isn't all that much (= 3 days give or take a day depending on luck), 60 mount whips is the better choice imho.

                        Who says that was a mistake, who says they don't intentionally put those mount whips in the event just for that?
                        And there is always a mount whip and SC event, it's just unexpected, and only those who actually saved or played their cards right (like getting this event mount whips), will benefit from it.
                        What's smarter then? Getting 60 fate stones that's 3 days profit, or mount whips that might get you much more (even if it's an unknown possibility).

                        I rather bet on the latter and if nothing, I still didn't lose much at all to be honest.

                          If r2 doesn't make unlimited engraving /mount training events, nobody is gonna buy soul crystal packs or mount whip packs since we are all stacked on them. If it would be a 3k soul crystal limit I am sure that 99% of the players would have them. Same goes for 500 mount whips.

                            souls are easy to get now with jewel/previous gem events/tok? - save them up for events
                            fate can be obtained from jewel (and is capped at a low level of 20 anyway)

                            whips are by far the most difficult to get so is the best - save them up for events
