Fix Back Bound Balens into tree and stand in for world bosses.

Before the Wartune Patch 2.1, we always have the currency called Vouchers, everyday, we always get them via the farm tree. I suggest the same way we obtained vouchers from farm tree should also be applied to bound balens. Also, now that the world boss is now two and not three, sometimes it does not favour some of the gamers. I suggest you fix back the stand in so the game player can enjoy this benefit while he/she is away.
