its 5% pattack, while electric gives 5% mattck, meh...i dont know which i should take now...

No they give attack, same as fate. Both patk and matk. No one would in their right mind take a sylph that boosts their useless atk stat lol *such as chinese knights with electro sylph lol

Unless they change that for us, but that would be retarded as hell.
