Iris level 50

How and at what level to put my magic iris even though I bought one with balens?

As far as i know, all those skills come into effect when it's level 55, not 50 :S

lvl 55, buy the scroll, then check the 'new slot' box (which requires another 300 balens to open you a free slot for the new skill or it shall randomly replace another skill
