    I think the current building system is a bit unreal. Making only one person responsible for all the construction in the guild leads to situations like we have in Kingdom on R3 - our leader has dissapeared without a trace and word, and we have 123k of guild wealth wasting. And since s/he was usually in top 10 at any world boss, we suspect something happened, not that s/he rage quit or something.
    Things happen, pc's get fried, younger players might even simply get grounded, and there are more serious issues - hospitalisation, car accidents, family funreals and spontanous combustions. Thats why i suggest allowing at least assistant guild masters to build. It simply feels a bit unfair that troubles of one person affect a houndred and few.
