  • What new Sylph should i go with???

Hey guys, this is my first post in this forum. I'm a S385 and I have a level 60 Apollo purple 1 star, a level 38 Iris blue 3 star, level 38 Pan blue 3 star. I am going to merge Pan into Iris to make Iris stronger. So my 3rd Sylph, should I go with Fire or Dark to compliment my other two? Should I keep the new Sylph as a background Sylph or should I make it my main Sylph to build up and Apollo as secondary?

    Thanks.

dark is not out yet, Gaia is for archers but pretty good for crit mages n knights too. Amazon is for the intelligent player.

You've already invested mahra into Pan. I wouldn't engulf it into Iris, which will only take on half the exp put into the Pan. People seem to think they should only have 3 pets that they should work on, when there's really no harm in having a diverse set of 4 to 6. What class do you play? That's very relevant to your pet decisions.

I'm a knight and i'm balanced. I'm not a tank or a crit specialist. Right now i have the 3rd best Sylph and sylph team in my server. So I'm a Sylph trainer of +30 all stats and get great daily/weekly awards for my sylph. If I have more than 2 backup sylphs and I alternate, I feel like I will lose too much exp and could eventually drop out top 3. Losing the Mahra isn't a big deal for me, i'm more interested in the long term success over what Mahra I lost on the Pan.

That's all great, but I'm saying you don't need to give up the Pan. You might get short term gain by putting a few million exp into your Iris, but long term that's really nothing. For a knight I'd either go lightning or dark. If you care about a cw advantage and awesome PvE, I'd go with lightning. If you're more concerned about keeping a top pet team and non-cw PvP, I guess dark would be best. To me, dark, light, and water conceptually make for the strongest pet battle team.
