When I was lower in level i used to receive 4 minor hp packs+sth more for energizing 2 friend's TOA(daily event).When it dissapeared i thought it was removed for all players,but on my alternate toon i can still do that.What is the explanation?

look like they remove that quest after we reach some level
maybe level 50Nubito the Super Noob Mage in The Badlands -
It is removed after you pass a certain level.It's not such a great deal,you just loose 4 hp packs worth 40k hp.Comment
