Well, I read about the gem event from symedia's blog, along with the mount whip event which will happen on Jan 31 to Feb 2.

Haven't synth'd a gem since last time, saved all, I can't wait ..... then i can convert all for crafting my level 9 *rubs hands with malicious glee*
