about 10 minutes per atoll

if at 25% of 200 is 50 atoll * 10 minutes = 500 minutes = 8+ hrs in atoll per week. that's more time than MP/tok/spire combined in an entire week. hence the new wartune hardcore gamer must love the atoll.........

1 - remove/decrease atoll quests
2 - add teleportation
3 - remove "collecting/charging" time when hitting sylphs
4 - add random 1-4 sylph per battle
5 - faster sylph respawn

6 - all won't happen
