actually...I think its how much $$$ you can afford to spend. Any name you put if you can spend 300k USD to recharge will appear as a gd name since ppl will remember that name when they meet u in bg/arena and get hit for 20k dmg by a non-crit afk shot and clears ur team without having to cast a single skill...IGN: Athena
