Circuit Quests and player under 48

Hi,

nice that players under 50 can make that quests. As u know they get fashion shards as well. The problem is, such players cant synthesize a fashion core. That makes no sense. Here it is useful to change the levelrequirements to that level what can make that quests.

(i can understand it, because normally shards came from spire, but now shards can earned be4 some1 is 48, now it must be changed)

You are able to synthesise a fashion shard before level 48 (if I remember correctly, you can at level 40)

Maybe, but the circuit quests start with 35 and i got a low 38 and he cant synthesize a core. It must be changed that a 35 player can do it too.
