whether he had to look it up or not is beside the point...if the word is offensive in any language its offensive, regardless if you know it or not, for someone can understand the translation, unless the person that named it, created his own language and thus googling it will be rather difficult

I dare to suggest the OP may be trolling. I've seen a player in ToK who had a sylph whose name was SIMILARLY spelled to this, and made me chuckle, but it wasn't this name. If you're that pressed, send a screenshot and stop being so dramatic.

Everything is irrelevant past this line. You bet your account that ToK Combatants are unique named and not players from cross-server rankings? You lose. Kindly delete your account.

That being said, yeah, the Sylph name is vulgar and inappropriate. You should simply have taken a screen capture, sent it in, or posted it here without being accusatory towards the R2 staff or those trying to correct your erroneous assumptions.

Though I do want to mention one thing. There is some questionable censorship in the game... It appears the US English game is censoring some arbitrary foreign words that makes conversation annoying sometimes, as well as common words that seem to fall into the "no back talking the staff" realm.

Like "admin" is censored. As is "GM" - which gets really annoying when you're asking someone who their Guild GM is .

Other things like "pula" being censored in an English game is silly. And other things as well that I can understand, but they're commonly acceptable in daytime speech on radio and TV media - these include "boobs" and "sex."

1st the word isn't banned or I wouldn't be able to use it.
2nd im 16th cross server so you're complaining about something from tok easy which u had to look up
3rd worry about ur character and have fun before u worry about mine.
