i got one nice idea for amthelet plunders whenthey got cart and if attacks any one they must gain mines if they don't got cart and attacked some one they should not gain any thing and looser too not to loose a single amthelet ore so no plunders at any time)

Seems like the "Big Spender Hot Event" is suggesting that Mount Whip will indeed be unlimited, however it will require more than 1000, possibly 1500 mount whips to get enough event tokens for the Wings.
