It isn`t a one purchase, event it's based on total amount spend you can take anything, don`t need to spend 30k at once.

I'd personally hold off and see what comes into the game at midnight tonight and tomorrow, still a couple days before the big spender event ends. Would hate to blow your cash then something awesome comes in. I usually hold off till the last minute before I commit.
