Why do you want a new server when there are plenty of servers in need of players. I for one think there are too many servers being made in short amount of time, rather than focusing on keeping alive existing servers by getting players to go to them where they can learn alot from higher levels. Granted such titles as top ranked whatever would be near impossible to get.

well sum1 wanting to start frsh..prolly does not want to have to contend with high lvl players...since most of the events give rewards for being the best..also he might be cashing a little when he starts..
