I've just hit level 50 and I wonder How to get Sepulcrums

I'm getting 1 by sacrificing sylphs , so 60 essence->1 Sepulcrum

any other ways (except events) ?

Daily Sylph Arena rewards as well as weekly rewards.

Edit: Forgot to mention this is unlocked at level 55, so you're boned until events.
