How long does it take for support to answer a ticket? I need my ticket answered hours ago and no response. There is no phone help. And all of this is about a single balen. You are about to lose a paying customer over 1 fake penny. Great business model.

I filed 1 ticket about a mistake on one of their events about 7 months ago, another ticket i filed about 3 months ago on a unrelated issue. I never got any response to both tickets i filed, so i give up on their ticket support system. And Trust me, i am a paying customer!

You are welcome to provide ticket numbers and a description of the issue (so we know who to bug about it) and we'll see what we can do to get a status update.
Support isn't as bad as it looks. The majority of tickets do get answered in a timely manner, though there are times when a few slip by. You won't hear from the people who are happy with support because they have no reason to post about it.
