Lots of games take in certain themes from other games and real life stuff. I am sure they have permission to do so.

No actually they don't, the game is Chinese and they don't recognise international copyright laws.

Skyrim, final fantasy, WoW, league of legends, every aspect of Wartune has been directly ripped off from somewhere else.

Lots of games copy off each other. Just they aren't 100% the same.
Chaos Rage is very similar to League of Angels. But the story and graphics and other stuff are different. Same system are used though. Norse based.

Sure comes from Warcraft 3 (from DotA, like Sange&Yashi, and those other weapons/armors used).
