Is it better to have a high BR or balanced stats?

Title says it all.

Just curious. I've been messing with my build(knight) and I've been told I need to focus on PATK first. But when it comes to gems I get a higher BR using HP/Def gems than I do with PATK gems.

So I'm kinda confused, any feed back would be appreciated.

You need balanced stats, you`ll always have high HP/PDEF as a knight so focus on PATK more than other stats (HP/PDEF/MDEF). When you consider you have enough PATK comparing with other stats, move to another stat. Always use PATK gems on every piece of gear, for others sockets depends on higher/lower gem stats you decide what to use.

As a general rule it does.

Br is some of your game status but high br with fake stats means nothing
My sugestion is just build your toon and dont look on br
If u need more def,go for defneed more atk? Focus on it

knights?you mean ll clases...tm just focus on atack and go sylph mode before enemy make sure you have killed troops and then at 50% use gaia delphic skill and pray for a crit and dont forget to have orange gaia maxed with sepul!

Ah, ok.. The way everyone displays their BR I was under the impression it was important or maybe a signal as to how strong your char is. Or rather at the moment that was really my only gauge as to how strong my char was. Thanks for the info... was kinda confused by gems giving different BR so I was thinking maybe the ones that gave a higher BR were more important.

It's weird that a HP/Def gem gives more BR than a Patk/Matk gem.

There are lots of ways to get br, but knight build is kinda hard. Recently i sacrificed 6 Pdef gems for Block gems, that significantly dropped my br, but over 5-6k block is really helping me, there is no astro which can reduce your block rate like critical astro. Though my pdef dropped but block really came handy against sylphs. Besides to get high br u can do matk academy, troops counts, and some from mount stats. Balance knight is always handy, regarding high BR

xD she didnt asks for advicesand also she have not that big fake matk br, not bigger then most of players
Again,br is most important 2x per Year when we have hall of fame event, and if someone fight on top spots in server/cross server ranking
I'm not one of ppl who have 2k br in red astro only for ranking
