if i buy unstable voltage to my gaia without new slot, game gonna replace static field or active skills are included in this too ? Confused cause game divided slots to active and passive

i know that what im asking is a passive skill gonna replace a passive or actives are included ? that "same kind" there means if it is active or passive

I haven't purchased any skills.

I do believe all skills are at risk though. 30% sure.

New Passives can replace only existing passives, not actives. New actives can only replace old actives, not passives.
