Why time Didn't change for our server.

I play on Europe Server, and 6-7 month ago there was this day light saving and time was forwarded to +1 Hr to us and all event forwarded to 1 hr , and now there was last maintenance about the daylight saving ,but there was no maintenance for our server and no -1hr timing,
I know its US thing but. why there was last time, i mean 6-7 month ago time forwarded ?

daylight saving is on march 30 for european countries, they might change it still.

its on March 30,

I'm Cupcaked ! My Account got hacked and some cupcaker sold every thing. Blah !!!
and R2 Not helping with restoring the account. Sweet, This is what i put tons of money here .
