guild shop,nm LL or SS,and hot events where you can exchange some shards for it this one comes once in a while thou

the event shards will only come after lv 80 gear has released and everyone is farming for lv 80 stones instead of lv 70....for now, those events will only give you up to lv 60 legend stones.
