i mean really the r2 in game support sucks and the forum mods are just proxys for r2 so why should they be any better? i mean arnt they just really power hungry trolls with no lifes?

I have been a Forum Moderator a few times (not Wartune) in the past, it's not easy mang.
Edit: To add, they are plenty useful. Granted not when relating in game bugs/"lag".
