Just wondering, do you still gain experience at Lvl 80? So you can level up sylph and talents? How bad of a drop is there in LL NM exp? Campaigns?
Is there a rise in Bounty Quest exp?

You will need to check your Talents ( s ) and check your exp there.

Since after level 70 XP penalty is removed , you get same XP at level 80 from LL and 70 campaigns.

u gain exp at lvl 80 but exp bar will always be full in blue color u can lvl talents and exp is very good 240k exp from orange bounty,shadow crystals 2 523 200 exp,lych nm well depends on most factors but at me around 4.5 mil for final boss and 3 mil for end with 50% scroll,solo campaign 500k exp with 50% scroll
