Since there are no ToK Cards, why not allow MP Dungeon cards to work in ToK as well? Finishing ToK completes your MP Dungeon daily quest anyway, so it seems to count as a MP Dungeon. Might help offset the fact that sylphs have never been balanced in there (and unlikely ever to be)
