I got one card lvl 4 so far.. its not impossible lol just need to get the right cards.

Good for you then. I was still right in my probability assessment though. I've seen a few ppl get lv 7 and above gem from VIP wheel in the past before and only 1 person here (that is you) got a card lv 3 and above. So my hypothesis that its easier to get lv 7 gems from vip wheel than a lv 3 card from this during the event period is still valid.
