Runes efect at lvl 10 or hightest you have

I think would be nice if ppl can post here all the info about runes efect at lvl 10 ( or hightest you guys got).

Brutality rune - 15% + 2000 dmg , last 2 turns (lvl 10)
Blood rune - 8% HP lost , for 8 turns , max 8k dmg (lvl 10)
Healing rune - restore 30% HP
Guardian rune - ?
Purification rune - ?
Rage rune - ?
Chaos rune - ?
Amnesia rune - ?
Mire rune - ?

Purge: 3 buffs removed from all enemies
Puri: 3 buffs from all allies
Rage: +80 rage
Chaos: Deals 100% damage, target has 100% chance to hit allies. Last 3 turns
Amnesia: Deals 100% damage, 100% chance to prevent the target from using 5 skills. Last 3 turns
Mire: 90% damage to a random target and 30% chance to reduce casting speed by 100%
