Im a mage, if i were to get a knights or an archer rune pack, can i open it?

yes..., but if you get a rune that's isn't listed in your Rune window... you can't use it and it'll just be trash.

BTW...

I just noticed on the Packs, Knights only get Puri and Purge... do they even have Guardian rune listed in their Rune window?

Nope Basic runes, purge, puri, ancient runes, then mire.

and mage doesn't have puri, archer doesn't have purge. coz mage has purification skill, and archer has scatter shot. knight already got agoran and apollo's shield, don't be so greedy and asked for another guardian rune

looks like I was wrong in that other thread than...

where I said you combine Guardian rune with Knight's Shield... guess knights can't do that.
