Is meant to be that way, you are trading the runes for other runes, so once traded they are gone.

Yes its suppose to work that way. My guild they got something from ancient rune pack , then they got back 120 runestones from the event again

you have to trade your chaos rune for the 120 runestones.
Its made so if you get doubles atleast you get something back.

yea wish i knew that before.
i accidantly exchanged blood/amnesia rune, because i thought you get 120 runes as a reward for having the rune lol.

Cant get 120 rune stones after getting Chaos from Ancient pack
