pure str is generally the best way to go. most strategies involving AQ involve quickly killing your opponent so the extra attack is the best way to go

I'd say alternate between 3 str+2 endurance and 2str+3endurance every level that way every even level they should be equal.

I do +3 STR/INT & +2 END every level for all of my sylphs.

Plus, 100 Balen isn't a bad price to reset if you don't like your end result.

Put all in STRENGHT, Tho i put all point in END for Iris (i use it for heal only so Max HP is good for it.) but for AQ Damage is good.

Serious now, If you are archer or knight, go with pure Str for AQ or int for gaia.
But if you are mage, I recommend you to put 3 str - 2 end, and when you feel that you have enough hp, you can start with 5 str.

all p atk sylph goes full strength, all m atk sylph goes full int! all with the exceptional of pan, should never be used, for sacrifice use only!
