Herald of Harkenings
Priest of Pontifications
Minstrel of Messages

that located under the name of people who post

no it's the number of posts. for example herald of harkenings is from 0-50, ministral of messages is 50 to 150 and priest i think is over 200

I suppose it's with the number of post or the servers they are coming from ?

I don't think it will be the server because one account can do multiple server
