Wartune strategy game

When looking at the games at r2, wartune is classified (by r2) as a strategy game.

Personally i don't think wartune is a strategy game, it might have some strategy aspects, but its far from a strategy game.
Here is why:

Buildings, lots of strategy game have some kind of buildings to upgrade. However Wartune hasn't got a lot of buildings and they are limited by your character level and your city hall level.
Plundering, 5 attempts a day isnt much, with chance in future they remove plundering, making it an aspect less.
Troops, there are 2 kind of troops, matk and patk... Thats it, no troop has an advantage above another nor can you actually use more than 1 kind of troop at the same time.
Pvp, idk maybe some ppl claim pvp to be a part of strategy but imo pvp isnt part of strategy game. Especially since skills, troops, runes and sylphs are so limited in options. note: i leave the p2w factor out in this debate:P

So what is wartune than for me?
An online pvp rpg.
Not a massive online, since servers of half a year have probably less than 200 active members and the game is very based on pvp.

So what do you think about the genre of wartune?

to me its a strtegy ofc its not settlers type as u expecting from a strategy game. strategy here how u bulied up u charcter.spl when u r noncasher and want to be a strong ply.

The strategy aspect is purely fighting, what skills to use. How to beat players that are stronger than you. Whether to go crit, or block etc etc. Nevermind this sim-city stuff, WARtune lol

Wartune is a Casino type RPG. You cash cash cash but in the end the house always wins.

PVP wise spend as much as you can..thats the best strategy there. For me the PVE is where the strategy is, where 4 players all have a roll and if they dont get it right they fail.
