Questions about the reduced exp requirement from 70 to 80

As the title said, we had news about the reduce of exp needed from 70 to 80. The questions are:

1: Can anyone from s1 confirm we have this on the latest update patch?
2: Reduced by how much?
3: What happened to those who already reached level 80? Do they got some compensations in the form of talent level or something else?

I can answer 3: They should send orange exp. books worth couple hundred thousands of exp. for the difference between what you had and what you need now. Will be sent in your mail.

For the 2 other questions, I tried all day to find answers but got nothing, hope someone can help us.

Sadly there is not Exp reduction there. they should add 9999 stacking and exp reduction when they patch other server, that is the fair deal .

Based on my discussion with a 79, they are INCREASING the xp gain. Before the XP required for a 79 to reach 80 was 769,359,872. Now it's 1.25 Million (a 60% jump).

I'd like to see a screenshot from Nyusha showing the increased exp requirement. I'm not saying ProficientCity isn't capable of deciding how they want to distribute and patch the game, but I think it's kinda of strange that ProCity would make such a dramatic change from the direction the chinese version took.

I'm curious also if this approx 60% increase in required exp to level up is strictly limited to level 79->80 or if it's the same story for all levels above 70 (each level requiring approx 60% more exp to level up than pre-patch). If indeed it's impacting all 10 of those levels, it wouldn't completely shock me if a coder fell asleep on his keyboard and added 60% more exp to each level rather than (as I initially suspected the exp nerf would be done) a straight % reduction across the board for those levels regarding exp to level up.
