Tips to power level:
1. Buy all the 200% EXP scrolls (on sale now). Use 200% EXP scrolls. If you don't have it, at least use the 100% EXP scroll.
2. Use Crypt Keys for Catacombs everyday.
3. Enter Necropolis everyday and blitz to the highest level everyday.
4. Use 20xOrange Bounties everyday. If you don't have it, just reset the bounties.
5. Exchange your Insignias for level 3 EXP book (all of it).
6. Buy all stamina potions when they are on sale. Use it.

Buy the 100 xp bonus on guild tree and do Nightmare Tower of Kings, don't waste your keys on the Necropolis, if you're only using them for xp and gems it's not worth it by a long shot, save them for the catacombs.

Farming xp seeds during lvl 70s is also a drop in the ocean you're better off farming gold, your priority for the day should be ToK nightmare thats 12.5 million xp rught there for 5-10 minutes of time.

power leveling doesnt apply on wartune , u using wrong word. power lvling here would mean a 70 + toon with unlocked all dungeons helping weak/low lvls like 40-50 through lych nms . that would be power lvling but here u cant run the highest exp gain stuff unless u are at the correspendoing lvl to unlock the dungeon. so what u wanna do is balen lvling thats the only thing u can do here and guys above gave u the ways.

To power level or to level up fast:

Do everything you can, as far as you can, all day everyday. Use the XP scrolls! Use the XP books!
