Seriously the premise for TOK is flawed. I understand that everyone should not be able to complete hard or nm. The problem is that basing it on the top players will over the course of time prevent players from even advancing as far as they do now. The br of the top players and the average or non cash player will continue to widen as they in all probability will spend more then the average player. I really feel for the top players too because the game has forced them into a position where they have to deal with being asked to remove gear.

Take your sylph off when you do keys runs if you don't like your mirror to use sylph, also every time anyone in nm usually strips, they remove their sylph as well. Same as before really. Negative impact.

ToK Hard is beatable with about 130-140k if 2 are undressed. Sure, those who are dressed are problematic atm but after we get a bit of resistances it'll probably be a lot better (amazingly, it is as I already said in another whine thread hours before the patch came out! I'm a prophet, yay!). True, they will get resistances as well. And then it's just a question of whether you have all the sylphs!

they should remove tok just like wilds. im sure that chinese wt only increased their goldcap cause plundering no longer existed...wilds + increased goldcap makes plundering alts much more rewarding and easier.
