  • Periodic Table of Elements (a short reference)

Resistances Fire Water Wind Electro Light Dark
    Fire 200 -200 100 50 -100 -100
    Water 100 200 50 -200 -100 -100
    Wind -200 50 200 100 -100 -100
    Electro 50 100 -200 200 -100 -100
    Light 50 50 50 50 100 -200
    Dark 50 50 50 50 -200 100
Table 1: Resistance of <element on the left> against <element on the top>

Damage Fire Water Wind Electro Light Dark
    Fire -24% +24% -12% -6% +12% +12%
    Water -12% -24% -6% +24% +12% +12%
    Wind +24% -6% -24% -12% +12% +12%
    Electro -6% -12% +24% -24% +12% +12%
    Light -6% -6% -6% -6% -12% +24%
    Dark -6% -6% -6% -6% +24% -12%
Table 2: Damage bonus of <element on the top> against <element on the left>

For example, when a Wind attacker attacks a Fire defender, it's damage is reduced by 12%.

You can get these values by hovering over resistances on the tab next to your stats. Of course, these bonuses are from sylphs only. As far as I can see, it scales linearly, so the following table should work:

    Resistance Damage bonus
    -50 6%
    -100 12%
    -150 18%
    -200 24%
    -250 30%
    -500 60%
    -833.33 100%
Table 3: Damage bonus depending on target's resistance (positive resistance gives a damage penalty of the same amount).

Thought someone might find this useful.

Thought someone might find this useful. Attacker is on the left, defender is on the top of the table. For example, when a Fire attacker attacks a Wind defender, it's damage is reduced by 12% (I'm calculating the damage bonus you'll have, not the damage reduction the defender will have, though it's easy to see from the table). You can get these values by hovering over resistances on the tab next to your stats. Of course, these bonuses are from sylphs only. As far as I can see, it scales linearly, so the following table should work:

      Resistance Damage bonus

Hmm, maybe I'm misreading it, but this seems backwards. For example, my gaia has -100 light resistance. I thought this is the resistance this sylph has towards attackers, so I would think this means that those using apollo do an extra 12% damage on me when I have gaia equipped. I'm not reading your table above as giving that result.

        you are not misreading it.....
on the 2nd table, he said the leftmost column is the attacker's element, while the top row is the defender. so if we look at the numbers, it should be the defense bonus, not the attack bonus.

The first table is the defense bonus, the second is the attack bonus. Now I see that I should have noted that in the post. Editing the post now.

Edit: Even the example I gave was misleading Hope it's clearer now.

With Pan resu, you will see a lot of AQ running around than Gaia then. Free sylphs are punching bags of the 2 whale sylphs hell yeah!

Firstly, these resistances were already clearly expressed in the sylph pages in game. Guardian system hasn't changed that, so backdate your whining please.

Secondly, don't have to be the punching bag of a casher sylph. Power up those guardian crystals for light and dark and fight back. So many victims on here that prefer to be passive and whine, than take advantage of the opportunities presented.
