Since you spent a bit of money here's a few suggestions on how to win in lvl 50-59 bg.
1) Get stables level to lvl 6
2) Get soul engraving to 30+
3) farm for lvl 50 PVE legend set
4) get your templar troops to lvl 50 with all your academic skills lvl 50.
5) craft lvl 8 gems from shop
6) remember to borrow yr parent's credit card, so that you wont feel the pinch.62996

My guildie's alt at lvl 50+ with only 45k br buffed as a mage, did not do too badly in lvl 50-59 bg. Even though she has not done any seal. Note, she has her lvl 50 set done(she was a god nm mule for summons).
Socketing rods were from guild blessing.
Whips from gb.
Soul crystal too.
Low level astrals too.
Gems at lvl 5.
