resist reduction and forgotten stone ~ mod replied

i have 2 question
1 : that soket ask 300 + resistance to be unlok i have 302 and still i cant able to open what to do?
2: why in necropolis on lvl 19 it say i got 32 to forgotten stone
and when i finish on list it say 30 but in inventory it is only 16?
