Best Guildmaster of R2 Wartune (Round 0: Nomination round)

As the voting for the greatest player concludes, I'm starting up a new round of contest for the best guildmaster of R2 Wartune.
The rules are different this time.

You nominate one person with the following information:
1. Server
2. Timezone
3. Guild
4. Duration of the time he is Guildmaster of the guild.

Please tell us why you nominate the person as the best Guildmaster. We are looking for the following criteria in your nomination writeup.
1. Leadership
2. Organization
3. Presence
4. Strategizing
5. Affable-ness

If you think a person is worth nominating, please also cite examples of how he performs in each of the category. Write convincingly.
After the nomination period is over, I will hand over the evaluation to each of the 9 judges. They will give a rating (out of 10) for each category.
Each nomination will be read by 3 judges. The judges will not evaluate nominees from their own time zone.

Feel free to write in your own native language.

The nomination period is 7 days.

I must also add that the most well-written piece will also be recognized.

My Nomination Phyxsiusâ„¢

1. Server: Server-19 (S5, S8, S19, S25 merged from more that 1 year ago, so our guild contains members of those servers, anyway he is one of original s19 server player and one of original players from Warriors Guild from beginning days)
2. Timezone: EU
3. Guild: Warriors
4. Duration of the time he is Guildmaster of the guild: from a few months not sure or maybe like 1 year, anyway its from long time ago.

Why him? :
* He is true leader, work very hard for guild, truly I even ask him sometimes to take things easier, I started play this game from first days for launch of server 19, I joined 2 guilds before warriors and with warriors guild master changed many times till now, and he is one of the best who was leading our guild, that why our guild still alive and maintained very well, we got so many hard times could destroyed guild, and Phyxsiusâ„¢ was leading guild with those times, he did very good job, even with hard times in his real life, he don't ever ignore guild and guild issues.
Actually And for real, I'm still in game here because him as main reason, or I would quit from ages after all those what R2 doing.
* He take and solve guild issues and challenges very well, like have spread sheet to reward people who help guildies, teaming for guild battles and planning for battles, etc.
* Always he active on guild chat, and advice people in guild, response to questions and congratulate them for achievements, he is always nice to people and we have a lot of friendly chat in our guild in general, a lot of "trolling" and kidding.

In short words, he is One of Most Loyal and Hard Worker for Our guild.

Anyway I would say we got nice guild masters and want remember them and thanks them, since I joined Warriors : "Aden" - quit game for good, then "Tomi" - quit game after S5,S8 merge, then Jut - quit game for good, Athena - still here in game but a bit busy in real life, and now Phyxsiusâ„¢.
