What About Refinement Stones Sale lvl4 for lvl 80 gear, and Fix the Lag

We are From Server s22,s122,s57,s60 and my server witch is merged with all these , s16 so we need to figure out if this is gonna happend we thing its abit expensive from last patch to go from 3 balens , up to 20 for a refinement stone , so please look at this as a real suggestion
