If i was to reset my pets skill do get the points for the level or do i get the points i put on from the sepulcrums I've put on aswell

When you reset the skill points of your pet (sylph) only the skill points are reseted and you can distribute them freely again into either, strength, intellect, armor, or endurance. The sepulcrums that you've used in that pet won't be reseted.

Yes but do the starts start at 1 or with the points you put on with the sepulcrums

sepulcrums do not add stats, they only add stat aptitudes
