In order to fix the lag during battle r2 shoud remove the shaking screen when use skills and delphic shoud not zoom the char

I do not agree with this suggestion... the zoom and the shaking of screen does not cause the lag. You should try to update some few things in your computer of which Adobe Flash Player and the Kind of computer you're using affects the game. The Zoom Feature and the shaking of screen even makes the game more epic, but if you do not want the screen to shake that much, you should turn off environmental effects in your setting menu top right corner of your screen.
