True, but those things in the game aren't real, while the gambling is.

The problem with all of this is R2's ToS. In which R2 promises nothing, takes responsibility for nothing, and by playing the game you agree to those ToS - thereby you have no recourse for ANYTHING...

      Sad but true...

Technically its not gambling as far as r2s lawyers see it.
Let me explain, you buy balens with real money or earn them via offers. Its the balens you gamble for the magic pot, not actual money, and this is how they can legally get away with it.

In a casino you buy plastic tokens, that you use to gamble.... but anyways. ToScan say anything they want, that doesnt mean they are legal. The lawyer that made those ToS are human and can make mistakes.

              7Road is a Chinese Company.

R2... not really sure, but sources points to either America or Europe.

Also remember R2 does not own Wartune, they simply have a license to use it, hence why we are so behind in updates, the game owners send R2 the files at their own pace, and R2 has to put into english etc pretty sure 7road handles all advertising anyways.

Actually, R2 gets most files from Proficient City, who actually makes their own pace instead of 7Road.

Why did you think we never got Auction House or Wild removed? because Proficient City told 7Road not to, and thus 7Road makes the adjustments and send the files to us.

All the while 7Road (chinese wartune) still have Auction House like from 7+ month ago AND wild AND TANK removed. (I believe they also removed ToK, forgot)

If you look at the Loading Screen when logging into Wartune, it says Proficient City instead of R2Games.

Proficient City also owns the main Wartune website, which is actually just wartune .com ... instead of like our wartune.r2games.com
