    if noone can attack the WB, don't lower his HP

    - 2 days ago, a long maintenance
    - 1 day ago, a merge
    both finished after the WB 1 time limit

    so now the HP was so low everyone could only attack 2 time ...

    when noone attacked the WB (because noone could log), don't lower it's hp
    RETIRED. Too much bugs, too time consuming, too few listening from Wartune
